Rates

Our least expensive rates are with those customers that we have contracts in place with to provide services. We calculate our rates based on service location, duration, time of day, time requested, and a variety of other factors. Please call our office and have the details of your appointment ready and we will be able to give you a quote.

The least expensive time is Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm for those assignments that are scheduled in advance. Travel time will be determined at the time of the request and will be approved prior to the job confirmation.

Depending upon the length and type of assignment, two interpreters may be required for one appointment. This again will be determined at the time of the interpreter request and be pre-approved.

All clients will receive a confirmation via fax or e-mail outlining the details of the assignment, including any pre-approved additional fees.

Terms of Services

Travel Time

One hour of travel is billed for any services, and there is also 1 hour minimum of service.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is very simple: If we are given at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge to the client. Otherwise, the job is billed at the appropriate rates. If no notice is given and the interpreter incurs miscellaneous expenses at the job site, such as parking fees, those expenses are billed to the client as well.

Payment
