Cancellation policy is very simple.
If we are given one (1) full business day
notice, there is no charge to the client.
Otherwise, the job is billed at the appropriate rates.
If no notice is given and the interpreter incurs
miscellaneous expenses at the job site, e.g., parking,
those expenses are billed to the client as well.
